March 29, 2019…The regular season is finally upon us and we discuss the first game of the year by the St. Louis Cardinals. Plus, Stan McNeal of Cardinals Magazine joins the program and Fort Zumwalt South alum Tommy Layne provides an extended conversation as the focus of our Minor League Spotlight.

March 22, 2019…The extension to Paul Goldschmidt is official, plus more conversations from Spring Training as the regular season draws near. Both Paul DeJong and Kolten Wong share what kind of impact Goldschmidt has already made with the Cardinals, plus Jack Flaherty provides some bracketology for March Madness while Matt Wieters shares what he can bring to the team behind the plate. And former Cards catcher Tony Cruz explains his new role in the organization and more.

March 15, 2019…The show originates from Spring Training this week as pitchers Michael Wacha and Alex Reyes kick off the show before we sit down for five minutes with new St. Louis Cardinals first baseman Paul Goldschmidt.

Plus, it won’t show up in the boxscore but Mike Shildt and outfielders Harrison Bader and Jose Martinez breakdown the execution on a particular play, and we close things out with Shildt and Marc DeJohn remembering the late Red Schoendienst.

March 8, 2019…No surprise, Yadier Molina has returned to action early than expected. Plus, Dave LaPoint joins the program to talk about the celebration of the 1982 World Series Championship team and looks ahead to this 2019 squad. Tyler O’Neill is making a strong bid to be part of the 25-man roster, plus Mike Shildt talks about some of the maturity he’s seen from some of the younger players on the Cardinals.

March 1, 2019…We begin the latest edition of St. Louis Baseball Weekly with an extended conversation with Stan McNeal, the Senior Writer from Cardinals Magazine. Reaction to the contract extension for Miles Mikolas, but also the deals for Nolan Arenado and Bryce Harper are discussed besides all of the other news from Spring Training.

Right-hander Mike Mayers is featured in the next segment, followed by a closer look at Drew Robinson and Max Schrock. Catching prospect Andrew Knizner finishes off the show.
